★ Post Office in Japanese is 郵便局 (yuubinkyoku)
★ Postal Code/Zip Code in Japanese is 郵便番号 (yuubin bangou)
★ Post Box in Japanese is ポスト (posuto)
★ Postage Stamp in Japanese is 切手 (kitte)
★ Envelope in Japanese is 封筒 (fuutou)
★ Postcard in Japanese is はがき (hagaki)
★ Regular Mail in Japanese is 普通郵便 (futsuu yuubin)
★ Sea Mail in Japanese is 船便 (funabin)
★ Air Mail in Japanese is 航空便 (koukuubin)
★ Express Mail in Japanese is 速達 (sokutatsu)

Additional Information:
★ 速達 = sokutatsu = express mail
★ 書留 = kakitome = registered mail
★ 普通郵便 = futsuu yuubin = regular mail
~で送る = ~de okuru = to send (something) by~
Example: これ、速達で送りたいのですが..
= Kore, sokutatsu de okuritai no desu ga…
= I would like to mail this express.
Example: これ、書留にして下さい。
= Kore kakitome ni shite kudasai.
= Please send this by registered mail.
Example: 普通郵便でいいですか?
= Futsuu yuubin de ii desu ka?
= Do you want to send this by regular mail?
Example: はい、普通郵便でいいです。
= Hai, futsuu yuubin de ii desu.
= Yes, regular mail will be fine.
Example: こちらの用紙にご記入下さい。
= Kochira no youshi ni gokinyuu kudasai.
= Please fill out this form.
