Today our teacher showed us one of his favorite Japanese foods. It’s called たこやき (takoyaki). I can’t wait to go to Japan and try たこやき!
They are eating たこやき! おいしそうだね！(>ω<)
Do you know what’s in たこやき?
たこ (Tako) means octopus and やき (yaki) means fried (◕ω◕)♥
The inside usually has octopus, green onion, pickled ginger, and tenkasu (tempura refuse)♪
Usually they put takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, katsuobushi (dried bonito), and aonori (a type of seaweed) on top☆★

If you want to try to make takoyaki, you will need takoyaki powder mix and some kind of takoyaki maker. You can get them down here ↓↓ (>ω◕) ♪
